Asystent w środku to luka: nie ma europejskiego asystenta głosowego na skalę konsumencką, a ten, który był najbliższy, Snips z Paryża, został kupiony przez Sonos z Kalifornii w 2019 roku i zamknięty. Dla inteligentnego domu, który nie odpowiada nikomu, Home Assistant — projekt open-source zarządzany z Holandii — automatyzuje lokalnie i może być sparowany z głosem offline, który działa i nie jest niczym tak dopracowanym.
