PlayStation, Xbox & Nintendo
Three companies, two countries, no European entry at all.
Console gaming is Japanese and American end to end, and has been for forty years. Europe makes an enormous amount of the software — CD Projekt in Warsaw, Ubisoft in Montreuil, Mojang in Stockholm, Guerrilla in Amsterdam — and none of the hardware it runs on. The closest thing to an exception is a handheld PC, and those are Taiwanese and American too. If you want to leave the console ecosystem entirely, a PC running a European Linux distribution and buying from GOG in Warsaw is the only route, and it is not a like-for-like swap.

Not an unfinished card: we looked, and nothing in Europe does this at a scale you could actually switch to. It is here so the gap is visible — these are the places where something is missing rather than merely losing.
